Ask The Ass Mondays - Reflection

Last week Jim or Capcity asked me about my thoughts on the 9/11 Anniversary that just past us. Whenever you mention 9/11 there are many different political and personal takes on the issues that are important. I had to go all the way back to Disney's "The Twilight Zone" to describe my feelings. At the end of this episode, The Monsters are Due on Maple Street, the people of Maple St. are fight among themselves while they try to figure out who among them is an Alien. The Alien sit on a hill above the town watching them fight among themselves, because their way of life was disrupted.

The tradegy on 9/11 is not that 3,000 people died or that 5 years later we are at war, the tradegy is the freedoms we have handed over to the government for the sake of finding terrorist. Americans have made lines at the airports long with many restrictions. Americans have given our government the right to wire tap those suppected of terrorism. Whenever we have a problem we are not asking what we can do, but asking "What is the government going to do about this?"

Politicians know that most people are followers and people will give away their responsiblity to almost anybody, so that they won't be held responsible. 9/11 wasn't the first time Americans have given away their freedom. Another disasterest time was when then Democratic president gave a private company, the Federal Reserve Bank, the right to print "the people's" money (because we were to stupid to do it ourself). Rothchild sumed it up best, "If I control the printing of money I care not who is in office." As history proves itself another event will happen that we will give more responsiblity to our governments.

Jim - yeah I have heard that, but politicians are simply employees for their special interest groups that pay for their campaigns.

Well spoken...as always. I didn't know that the Federal Reserve was a private institution.

Even when you think you have your life all mapped out, things happen that shape your destiny in ways you might never have imagined.

Miracles happen every day. Not just in remote country villages or at holy sites halfway across the globe, but here, in our own lives.

This is the nature of genius, to be able to grasp the knowable even when noone else recognizes that it is present.

The current perception I get from the evening news is that the world is dominated by human failure, crime, catastrophe, corruption, and tragedy. We are all tuning in to see how the human mind is evolving, but the media keeps hammering home the opposite, that the human mind is mired in darkness and folly.
Deepak Chopra - Media - Failure - Negative

To have passion, to have a dream, to have a purpose in life. And there are three components to that purpose, one is to find out who you really are, to discover God, the second is to serve other human beings, because we are here to do that and the third is to express your unique talents and when you are expressing your unique talents you lose track of time.
Deepak Chopra - Life - Passions - God - Skill - Time

The way you think, the way you behave, the way you eat, can influence your life by 30 to 50 years. Most people believe that aging is universal but there are biological organisms that never age.
Deepak Chopra - Thinking - Optimistic - Life - Belief

Inertia is comforting, and Americans will be extremely reluctant to make any change that might affect their high standard of living.
Deepak Chopra - America - Change - Priorities

Terrorism isn't insanity. It grows out of social conditions that are well known: poverty, social oppression, dictatorship, and a void of meaning in the lives of ordinary people.

G - The Fed was pushed through by Democratic president woodrow wilson, whose closest advisor Edward House founded the Council on Foreign Relations. The FED was put together by executive of JP Morgan, Rockefeller; Kuhn, Loeb, & Co.; and National City Bank of NY over a 10 day secret meeting on Jekyll Island, Georgia.

Jim - That wasn't being an asshole there were some true to some of those short poems.

Its funny how the republic take flake for catering to the upper middle class and rich when the wall street bankers had to go through the democratics to get the US to pass a bill for America to borrow money from a private bank.
