We try so hard to create our own little world that we are safe in because we fill in control
Because we have great certainity that we are not in control
Tragic events of 9/11 caused an increase in security in airports. More recently the killing spree at Virgina Tech is raising concerns of security on campuses around the world. Society wants the government to regulate and take responsiblity for these type of events. These security issues will ultimately lead to a society of microchipped people (i-robots) Companies are now selling this as a service to keep track of your kids and animals. This is simply marketing to make it normal to have it.

That's pretty deep and real. I've heard people make conspiracy references to it, but I didn't know it was actually going on. One day, we'll probably run our hands across a scanner to pay for our groceries.
B, actually in some place they already have the capability to have your credit card info in the micro chip.
Jewels I don't think robot are going to take over but the goal is to give humans a robot touch with micro chips that will house your medical info, id verification and banking capablities

Wow this is a very interesting post. And also kind of scary. I don't mean to sound too religious or anything, because I'm not a very religious person, but this reminds me of a Youtube clip someone sent me. It showed how in the Bible, it was written that when the anti-Christ comes into power, everyone will have to be marked in order to buy food, clothes....anything. People won't think anything of it because it'll be so common place, (also they won't recognize the AC as...well the AC). They called it "The mark of the beast". Now I'm not sure if I’ve gotten the details right but the clip was trying to show a connection between all of these microchips and the "mark of the beast". Anyway, that’s all I can remember right now. Personally, I don’t want any micro-chips in me.

nic~your right it is the mark any computer chip is coded in numbers. It is scary.

Phoenix~Your right...the name is just good fucking marketing and I'm not an asshole, but you didn't hear that from me. LOL
The only chips that will be put into this body are Lay's, Utz and Hanover's. No microchips! Even some of the grocery stores, Piggly Wiggly in Charleston, S.C. for sure, are offering thumb print scanning machines that allow shoppers to use their thumb prints to pay for purchases. It's all too much! I won't even get an E-Z pass, I surely won't be willingly getting injected with any microchip. Great blog!
